An integrated solution
From the construction project to decision-making
Monsec integrates a range of high-precision sensors capable of monitoring concrete temperature and relative humidity in real time. Monsec’s sensor systems allow the upload of the information to the cloud and its retrieval in real time through the MonsecHub web application, which provides predictions of the current and future strength of the concrete, helping decision making in the construction process.

Monsec stations
Monsec has developed three types of stations to meet different conditions of use and energy needs.
Monsec Power
The Monsec Power station connects to the power grid and ensures a stable connection between the station and the server via LTE, GPRS, GSM, or 3G/4G, providing an efficient solution in environments with continuous access to electricity.
Monsec Battery
For locations where access to electrical power is limited or non-existent, Monsec presents two additional versions: the Monsec Battery, equipped with a long-life battery that provides autonomy of one week or more.
Monsec Solar
The ideal Monsec station for remote or isolated environments, using solar energy for continuous operation.
Monsec Hub
The MonsecHub is Monsec’s central web application, where all the projects created can be visualized on an interactive map. Through this platform, users can access each specific project, see the exact location of the sensors installed along the construction site and visualize all the data these sensors collect in real time.
In addition, MonsecHub allows for automatic maturity method calibrations, and displays graphs of temperatures, as well as current and projected concrete strengths, based on the selected maturity method and temperature records obtained. This tool provides a detailed and accurate view of the evolution of the concrete properties on site, facilitating decision making at each stage of the construction project.
